CDGD - Cardiac Developmental Gene Database

The Mouse Cardiac Developmental Gene Database is a resource that provides cardiac development association predictions for all mouse genes. The predictions generated in this project, based on large numbers of gene features, are obtained through a machine learning classification tool.

Search for Genes
  • Searching for known and predicted cardiac and non-cardiac genes
  • The phenotype of a knockout mouse was defined as known 'cardiac' if the gene was known to be involved in cardiac development
  • Mouse knockouts with phenotypes known not to be associated with cardiac development were marked as 'non-cardiac'
  • Known cardiac and non-cardiac genes were used as training datasets in model development
  • Search results can be downladed as a CSV file from the "Download File" link

Search for Genes and their Cardiac Status by Mouse Chromosome
  • Searching for genes located on a Chromosome
